With extensive experience in complex, multinational logistics environments, CMC has a deep understanding of how to manage mission-critical operations under demanding conditions.

Building on this foundation, Roderick went on to hold leadership roles at Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman, where he advanced global supply chain and procurement strategies in the aerospace and defense sector. He later served as a research analyst at IDC and as a senior advisor with The Hackett Group, where he guided Fortune 500 organizations and public sector clients in supply chain and procurement transformation, digital sourcing, and supplier risk management.
